    What Area's Do You Cover?

    We're based within the Harrogate district. But we can pick you up from wherever you are.

    How much do you charge?

    Local journeys are metered. Please see the price list below for our out of town prices. If your destination is not lister, please contact us for a price.

    Do you do night journeys?

    Yes, only on pre bookings at this moment in time.

    What if I'm late?

    We endeavour to give your driver enough time to reach you at the time you requested. However, we can't help unforeseen circumstances. We will try our best to contact you if we are running late.

    What procedure do you have for COVID?

    We follow current rules and guidelines for Covid, however all our cars are sterilised inside on a daily basis. If you wish for your driver to wear a mask, please mention this at the point of booking or ask the driver on arrival.

    How do I pay for my trip?

    You can pay either by cash / debit or credit card as the drivers have a card reader in their vehicles. You can also pre pay when you book your journey.

    Do you do events?

    Whether it be a day at the races or a wedding you're attending. Please contact us and we'll endeavour to meet your needs.

    How long will you take to arrive?

    When you book your car, the office will inform you how long it will be until the car arrives. On a pre booking, we will make sure your driver has enough time to arrive at the pick up point on time.

    What if I need to rearrange?

    Can I make a special request?

    Please contact us to discuss your special needs.

    What if I don't know my return time?

    No problem, you can inform the office once you decide what time you would like for the return.

    Do you let animals in the car?

    At the time of your booking, please mention you have an animal with you, so we can send a pet friendly vehicle. It is now law that animals travelling in a car must be in a pet carrier or a harness which is capable of being fastened to the seat belt clips. The company does not provide the carriers or the harnesses.

    The name "Regal Cars" maybe new but the drivers are well known to me. Excellent cars and drivers ... dependable, adaptable, reliable! What more could you ask for? It's mainly John looking after my transport needs at the moment, on a twice-a-day basis. Door-to-door, always on time, beautiful car, and a very convivial driver. I am fussy and demand the best service, and value, for my money! Communication is excellent, and they are flexible, within reason. I can thoroughly recommend "Regal Cars". Five Stars, no question!
